From choosing the right size to opening the last carton, here is how to prepare for your new furniture.
Measure the journey
Measure your room, doorway, stairwell and lift. Check both product and package dimensions, especially for sofas and large storage pieces.
Follow each carton
Large furniture may arrive in several packages. Tracking updates can differ between cartons and between products in the same order.
Where we ship
Our opening collection is selected from Canadian supplier inventory for delivery to eligible Canadian addresses. Service coverage is product- and postal-code-dependent. Availability for remote areas, territories, islands, P.O. boxes and other restricted addresses must be confirmed before ordering.
Delivery timing and charges
Dispatch and transit times depend on stock availability, the warehouse, carrier and destination. Check the delivery information for your order before payment. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Product prices are displayed in CAD. Review the shipping charge and applicable taxes before completing your purchase. Assembly, room-of-choice delivery, stair carry and removal of packaging or old furniture are not included unless your order expressly lists those services.
On delivery day
- Check the number of cartons against the delivery information.
- Inspect the outer packaging and record any visible damage with the carrier when possible.
- Photograph damaged packaging, the shipping label and any affected parts.
- Keep packaging, instructions and hardware until the item has been checked and assembled.
- Follow the supplied assembly guide, including wall anchoring where required.
Returns, damage and missing parts
If something is damaged, missing or different from your order, report it promptly using your order communication. Include the order number, product name, a short description and clear photographs so the issue can be assessed.
Return eligibility, time limits, return freight and any handling fees depend on the item and the applicable terms supplied for your order. Obtain return instructions before shipping anything back; the dispatch address may not be the correct returns address. Keep the original packaging where possible.
Before you buy
Review the item’s return and warranty terms together with the delivery quote. If those details are not available for your order, request confirmation before completing payment.
