Supplier return terms

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the invoice. Certain items, such as customized products, perishable goods, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns—please check the product page for details. For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

If an item has quality issues or shipping damage, please contact customer service within 30 days with clear photos or videos as proof. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional shipping cost. Exchanges are limited to the same model or an equivalent item. Supplier warranty terms
